How to Order – Invitations

Thank you for choosing to work with us! Please read the steps below on how to book our services.

Please note: All of the details on your contract/order form do not have to be completed to reserve your spot on our calendar

Get a Quote – Before we book your invitation order you will need to visit our Design Process section and email us with the necessary components we have listed to obtain a detailed quote. You can also view our design fees here.

Book Your Order – Once you have approved the quote we provide you, please fill out the Calligraphy Contract/Order Form.  A $30 hold fee will be required if we are not starting your order within 2 weeks. This will be deducted from your order later. 

Payment – Before we begin designing your custom invitation, payment in full will be required. If you have contracted us to do the printing for you, that payment will be due once the invitation design is completed in calligraphy. Before printing production begins, you will be required to pay 50% (non-refundable) of the printing fees up front. The balance (non-refundable) will be due once printing is finished. Your completed order will then be mailed back.
